    There are many excellent yoga classes offered at this beautiful, tranquil Yoga studio in Lisle. The one I'm presenting taking with Restorative Yoga instructor & Vibrational Sound Therapist, Kim Teodori is extremely healing and grounding. Her gentle approach to teaching is a rejuvenating yet calming experience. I look forward to studying with her further.

    I have been very impressed with the quality of the yoga instruction at Prairie Yoga! This studio is also light and bright, with an excellent assortment and quantity of props. It is worth checking out!
